Why we built SafeCore

Most people never chose to carry the whole internet in their pocket. It simply came with the phone, and with it came everything families work so hard to keep out of their homes.

The usual answers fall short. A flip phone leaves people without maps, without banking, without the school's WhatsApp group. A filter app on a regular smartphone can be turned off by anyone who finds the right setting, and sooner or later someone does. And the person who set the phone up has no way to help once it leaves their hands.

SafeCore takes a different path. The protection is built into the phone when you set it up, so the person holding it can't uninstall it or reset around it. Adult sites and ads are blocked on the phone itself, in every app. And everything else, which apps are allowed, what WhatsApp can show, when an app updates, lives in your console, so you can help any customer without ever touching their phone.

We built it for the people who keep their communities' phones clean: phone stores, kosher-phone sellers, schools and organizations. You know your customers. SafeCore gives you the tools to look after them.

The protection can't be uninstalled, and a reset phone stays locked to its owner's account.

Getting started

From sign-up to a protected phone takes a few minutes.

  1. Create your account

    Sign up with your email. Your phones and customers are yours alone.

  2. Buy a token

    Each token enrolls one phone. Buy as many as you need, and they never expire.

  3. Enroll the phone

    On a freshly reset phone, scan the setup QR code. SafeCore installs and locks itself in.

  4. Manage it from anywhere

    Choose apps and filters in the console. The phone keeps itself up to date.
